Campaign Objectives: Blue Cross, Blue Shield of Florida looked to execute a unique campaign to drive traffic to a new promotional site, "The Power of the Human Voice", which allowed visitors to offer opinions, leave feedback, and participate in forums, discussing their own individual levels of service from their local healthcare and insurance providers.
