Transformers Campaign

Campaign Objectives: The campaign’s main focus was to generate movie buzz for Transformers leading into its holiday opening and to ultimately drive box office sales. The client sought high impact takeover units to go along with the nature of the movie and create awareness amongst action movie-goers in their top markets.

Centro Solution: High impact Sliding Billboards units, created by Centro using Paramount’s stock assets, were strategically placed on homepages of newspapers and alternative weeklies along with a custom re-skin in their key market. The day before the film and on opening day, this campaign made a big splash by executing the Sliding Billboard units in addition to Roadblocks in Entertainment and Sports section fronts.
