Centro Regional Sales Manager John Blomberg Given Award of Excellence in New Media by American Women in Radio and Television
CHICAGO, IL – April 9, 2010 –Centro, a technology and media services company, proudly announces that regional sales manager John Blomberg has received the Award of Excellence, New Media, by the Dallas-Fort Worth chapter of the American Women in Radio & Television (AWRT) at the Awards of Excellence Charity Gala on April 8, 2010. John has been with Centro since March 2008, and has been a driving factor in the success of the southwest sales force.
American Women in Radio and Television is the national, non-profit organization that extends membership to qualified professionals in the electronic media and allied fields. Founded in 1951, AWRT has worked to improve the quality of broadcast programming and the image of women as depicted in radio, television and cable. AWRT’s mission is to advance the impact of women in the electronic media and allied fields by educating, advocating and acting as a resource to its members and the industry.
The Awards of Excellence honor those people and companies who are driving success in the industry. Nominations were made by top Dallas area advertising agencies, and the final selection was made by independent panel.
