Bringing You More Business Through Transis

You may have heard rumblings here and there about the software Centro has built internally and used for media buying and planning over the last nine years. Well the day has come to share our secret with the world! Transis, Centro’s proprietary media buying and planning software, has made its debut in the agency world.  In an effort to make it easier for advertisers and agencies to buy media across your sites, we are now licensing our software to agencies to allow them to buy media directly through Transis. As a publisher, you may receive RFPs directly from agencies and clients via Transis.

We have nearly 50 agencies/advertisers using Transis already and expect that number to grow significantly.  Working in Transis will not only make it faster and easier for agencies and advertisers to purchase online media, it will also streamline the communication and purchase process between you and your clients.  It’s a win on both sides of the purchase process, and we value your feedback as more and more agencies and advertisers begin using Transis.

To ensure you receive the opportunities from these new Transis users, here are a few items to keep in mind:

• When you receive an e-mail notifying you of an opportunity, the source is identified as the sender along with contact information.  This will help you identify the opportunity as a Centro RFP or an RFP directly from an agency or advertiser.

• It is imperative that we have your current contact information so you can access Transis when you receive an opportunity.  Please send your current contact information (name, title, email and phone number) to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

In addition to the external licensing of Transis, we’re also now all digital! We gradually launched digital IOs to all publishers over the last few months. We are really excited to have this capability as it stores all IOs centrally for an organization, makes filing easier and saves a few trees in the process. It brings us one step closer to taking things off fax machines and printers, making it easier and more efficient to purchase media online.
