Centro Welcomes Michael Bruns as Chief Financial Officer

We’re thrilled to announce that Michael Bruns has joined Centro as our Chief Financial Officer!

Michael has more than 20 years of experience building and advising technology companies through their entire lifecycle from early-stage financing through IPO or sale. As CFO/COO of ClearTrial, a global provider of SaaS eClinical applications for the life sciences industry, he led the due diligence, transaction negotiation, and integration when the company was acquired by Oracle Corp. Most recently, he was CFO/COO of Codifyd, a provider of cloud-based software and technology services for online retailers, distributors and manufacturers.
