We foster self-awareness among our colleagues and hold our leadership team accountable for the recruitment, retention, promotion, and development of Black people at Centro.

Centropella is a vocal group, passionate about singing. Serenading colleagues as a collective a cappella choir is fun—it incites joy and builds community. Music brings us together and unites our uniqueness.

Women in Tech (WiT) is committed to empowering all women at Centro and in the technology industry, by connecting, developing, and networking with other female talent, creating a culture of inclusion, and uniting the many women in tech across all Centro offices.
LGBTQIA PRIDE
CentroOUT is a community group of LGBTQIA allies and individuals that fosters an inclusive, open community and helps advocate for the advancing equality of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, and allied people.
Parent hard, play hard
Being a parent is hard sometimes—the mission of Centro Parents is to unite and support the community of parents at Centro. This group provides tools and resources, kid-friendly work events, and hosts discussions aimed at problem-solving the challenges that working parents feel.
Give back, feel good
The Giving Tree encourages corporate social responsibility among all employees and promotes volunteerism with various organizations across all of our local communities. Our goal is to partner with a diverse group of charities to drive positive change where we live and work.
Be brave and break the stigma
A safe space to reframe how we think about mental health conditions and discuss practices to overcome them. We also host valuable discussions around our experiences and speak to the ways in which culture and society impact how we view mental health.
Women supporting women
The mission of Women of the Workplace (WoW) is to educate all employees on the different challenges women face in the workplace, promote equality and inclusivity, and foster open discussions in all offices across Centro.
